Handbooks are custom digital documents, generated on demand from the business profile you provide and delivered immediately — they cannot be returned, so all sales are final.
We stand behind the work. If something is genuinely wrong with your handbook (it does not reflect the profile you entered, generation failed and could not be resumed, or the content is materially defective), email support@gethandbookhq.com from the order email address. The first remedy is a fix: we will regenerate anything broken at no charge.
Where a legitimate problem cannot be fixed — for example, delivery failed outright and could not be recovered — we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, to your original payment method. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days; approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The $39 annual charge is not refundable once billed, but you can cancel any time before it and you will not be charged again.
Refunds are not provided because a document requires editing to fit your business (that is expected and explained before purchase), or because an attorney, insurer or agency requested changes — those are handled with a free regeneration of the affected sections.
